Questions people ask before they subscribe
When do projections and charts come out?+
PGA: the main-slate dashboard (projections, ceilings, GPP scores, ownership) goes live once the field is set and refreshes through Wednesday evening with the market; showdown dashboards run each round. NFL: ownership, GPP scores, and the contest sims rebuild through the week with every market and injury update, with a final refresh Sunday morning; early, afternoon, and showdown slates each get their own. MLB: daily before lock during the season. Slate thoughts and props post in the Discord before lock — never after.
How does the trial week work?+
Pick a plan and hit "Try a week" — you pay the pass price once (All Access $39, DFS $29, Pick 'Em, Props & PMs $19) and get the full plan for 7 days: every channel, every dashboard, exactly what a subscriber sees. On day 8 it continues at the regular monthly price unless you cancel first from My Subscriptions, in which case you pay nothing more. Stripe emails you a reminder before the trial ends. One trial per Discord account. The trial is different from the week-to-week option on Pick 'Em, Props & PMs: that one is a plain $19.99/week subscription that renews every week until you cancel, with no trial attached.
What's in the Discord vs. on this site?+
The Discord is where the plays and the thinking live: slate thoughts, props and pick'em cards, lineup reviews, sim reviews, and the pinned strategy library. This site is the numbers: the dashboards, the contest sims, and the optimizer. The subscription is one role that opens both.
Which plan is right for me?+
All Access if you play more than one format — it includes DFS, props, best ball, every channel, and every dashboard. DFS if you only build lineups. Pick 'Em, Props & PMs if you only play Underdog, PrizePicks, Pick 6, or prediction markets like Kalshi — it's the only plan with a week-to-week option. Contest Sims is a separate add-on to All Access or DFS (or buy both at once with a bundle below).
What happens in the off-season?+
Something is always in season. PGA runs nearly year-round, NFL September through the playoffs, MLB April through October, and the NBA props and DFS channels carry the winter. Your rate stays locked the whole way, and you can cancel and come back any time without losing your loyalty tenure.
How do I cancel?+
From My Subscriptions (top of this page) — one click, no email required. Access runs to the end of the period you've paid for. If you come back later your sim tenure picks up where it left off; it pauses, it never resets.
Do I need to be in the Discord before I check out?+
No. Checkout logs you in with Discord so your subscription is tied to that account; you join the server afterwards (the link is on the confirmation screen). Join with the same account you checked out with and the bot assigns your role within a minute — that role unlocks the Discord channels and every dashboard here.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes — ping us in the Discord support channel and we'll move you without double-billing. Upgrading from DFS or Props to All Access is the common one.
Is there a password?+
No separate account and no password. Your Discord role is the key, on the Discord and on every dashboard here.
SUBSCRIBED BUT LOCKED OUT?
- Wrong Discord account is the #1 cause. Make sure the account you joined the server with is the one you logged in with at checkout.
- The role takes a few minutes. If you just subscribed, give the bot a moment, then log in again.
